Prices per week for the Deckhouse, inclusive of linen

As a guide, the peak season runs from mid July to the end of August and from Christmas to the New Year.
A 5% discount is available for bookings of 2 weeks. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking (please contact us if you require cancellation insurance).
The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the letting. A security deposit of £100 (€150) is payable 2 weeks before the letting prior to the key and location instructions being dispatched. This is refundable 2 weeks after the end of the booking.
The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the day of departure.
The property is strictly non smoking and is not available to let to single gender parties.
The conditions of hire will be sent out with booking requests. These are all designed to ensure that we are able to continue to offer the highest possible standards.
